Sponsorship Opportunities

The purpose of this conference is to bring together Penn State alumni, faculty, students, and corporate friends to discuss current industrial research, facilitate alumni interaction, provide career insights for students, and share knowledge of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science technologies and applications. The conference theme for 2017 is: "Disruptive Technologies in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science."

In order to continue to provide this conference free of charge for attendees, we are seeking corporate sponsors as follows:

Platinum: This unique sponsorship level is available to a major corporate sponsor that contributes $2000 or more in support of SHV 2017. Includes:
           • Prominent logo display on all conference advertising and printed materials
           • The opportunity for a brief corporate presentation at the conference and/or a technical presentation related to the conference theme.
           • All benefits of Gold Sponsorship

Gold: This sponsorship level is available to one or more corporate sponsors that contribute at least $1000 (or fund conference luncheon expenses) in support of SHV 2017. Includes:
            • A corporate representative to be introduced at the event
            • A display table at SHV 2017
            • The option of providing logo bags, folders or mugs to attendees (100 of each)
            • Corporate name and logo to appear in all conference marketing

Silver: This sponsorship level is available to one or more corporate sponsors that contributes at least $500 (or funds morning or afternoon break refreshment expenses in that amount) in support of SHV 2017. Includes:
            • Your corporate poster displayed at coffee break
            • A display table at SHV 2017
            • The option of providing logo bags, folders or mugs to attendees (100 of each)
            • Your corporate name and logo to appear in all conference marketing

Bronze: This sponsorship level is available to one or more corporate sponsors that contribute at least $250 in support of SHV 2017. Includes:
            • Corporate name and logo to appear in all conference marketing
            • Individual: Individuals may make any contribution – all individual contributors who do not choose to remain anonymous will be recognized in conference materials.

About

The School of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science was created in the spring of 2015 to allow greater access to courses offered by both departments for undergraduate and graduate students in exciting collaborative research fields.

We offer B.S. degrees in electrical engineering, computer science, computer engineering and data science and graduate degrees (master's degrees and Ph.D.'s) in electrical engineering and computer science and engineering. EECS focuses on the convergence of technologies and disciplines to meet today’s industrial demands.
